Digital data storage, analysis and reporting
All medical records in our care are securely stored and shared* in digital format. We carefully analyze collected data and present it in intelligent reports for the HR departments and top-level management. *The information is shared in accordance with the national data protection and handling guidelines.
Clinical recommendations and company health evaluations
Our occupational and wellness surveillance reports include detailed clinical recommendations and overall company health evaluations that are tailored for each of our corporate clients. Our consultants personally offer their input in the reporting process to advise management on appropriate strategies to mitigate occupational hazards to optimize human resource, increase work productivity and reduce economic losses associated with sickness and disability.
Follow-up of targeted individuals
We conduct regular follow-up with the various employees who were diagnosed with medical conditions during the screening processes. Our panel of consultants is available on demand basis.
Feedback sessions and workshops
At the end of each occupational wellness surveillance exercise, our team facilitates a feedback session at our client’s premises, including sessions with senior management to elaborate on the results, and wellness workshops with employees.
